You will practice real tasks: messages, meetings, presentations, feedback, and documentation.

Lead focused technical meetings that result in decisions and assigned next steps.
Explain complex technical ideas concisely to non-technical audiences using examples and simple visuals.
Give and receive structured feedback on code, designs, and requirements to improve quality and alignment.
Produce practical documentation, runbooks, and handover notes that others can act on without follow-up questions.
